Our First Letters

Do you remember?

   Hi! What’s up? My name is Sara and I am twelve years old. I am from a little island on the Atlantic Ocean, its name is Tenerife. I live in the city of Santa Cruz.

I like going to the cinema or going to the beach with my friends every weekend. I love ride a horse.

Also my grandfather and I prepare some sandwiches and juices and we go to fishing in the beach.

   I am in the first year of ESO. On Monday and Wednesday when I finish the class, I go to practice volleyball, then I do the homework and later I watch the TV. On Tuesday and Thursday, I go to the swimming pool and then I study. On Friday, I visit my grandparents and do my homework.

   I hope you write me soon Nils, please!

   ¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? Mi nombre es Sara y tengo 12 años. Soy de una pequeña isla en el océano Atlántico, su nombre es Tenerife. Vivo en la ciudad de Santa Cruz.

Me gusta ir al cine o a la playa con mis amigos los fines de semana. Me encanta montar a caballo.

También mi abuelo y yo preparamos sándwiches y jugos y vamos a pescar a la playa.

   Estoy en 1º de ESO. Los lunes y miércoles cuando termino las clases, voy a practicar voleibol, luego hago la tarea y más tarde veo la televisión. Los martes y jueves, voy a nadar a la piscina y luego estudio. Los viernes, visito a mis abuelos y hago la tarea.

   I’m Nils, a boy of The Netherlands. I’m 13 years old and I’m in the Merewade College.

I live with my family in a beautiful house 40 minutes from the city centre.

I love the adventures films. I have a lot at home. Also I like listening to music.

I am in a football school, because I want to be a football player of the Feyenoord team when I become older. 

Every weekend, I play tennis with my elder brother and my parents.

What I like the most of my country is that there are not mountains, but everything is flat.

I really like you teach me a bit of Spanish Sara.

   Ik ben Nils, een jongen uit Nederland. Ik ben 13 jaar ond en ik studeer bij de Merewade College.

Ik woon met mijin familie in een mooi huis 40 minuten van net centrum van de stad.

Ik hou van aventuruur films. Ik lk heb er thuis heel weel van, en ik hou ook van muzieh luisteren.

   Ik zit op een voetbal school, omdat ik graag een voetballer van Feyeuoord wil worden als ik later groot ben.

Elk weekend speel ik tennis met miju  grote broer en miju onders.

Waar ik het meest van hou van miju land is dat er geen bergen ziju, waar alles plat is.

Ik zou het lenk venden als je me wat spaans leerd, Sara.
